Return and refund policy

We accept returns within 14 business days from the date of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at: nicegiftboxltd@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was delivered in error.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse and approved.

Please note: Personalized items and gift sets are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect.
